At Modest Charm Beauty Lounge, we believe in providing a relaxing, professional experience for every guest. Please take a moment to review our policies:
Appointments & Cancellations
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in rescheduling.
• No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee or may not be rebooked.
Payment & Deposits
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, cards, and digital payments (Apple Pay, etc.).
• Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.
• Deposits go toward your final total and cannot be transferred to another date or service.
• If a deposit is required, you’ll be notified when booking.
Sanitation & Health
• We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule out of courtesy to others.
Consent & Forms
• New clients must complete an intake/consent form before services.
• Certain treatments (e.g., waxing or skincare) may require signed consent forms.
Photos & Content
• Before & after photos may be taken for educational or marketing purposes with your permission.
Minors
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty services, no refunds are issued once a service is completed.
If you’re unhappy with your experience, please reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or if the service presents a health or safety risk to either party.

• Clients agree to disclose relevant medical history, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatments.
• Your privacy and personal data are protected and will never be sold or shared.
